Effective 15 October 2026. Atexsell is a design studio based in Ullapara, Sirajganj, Bangladesh. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
We use your information to deliver your order, communicate about your project, request and verify payment, provide support, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Uploaded files and finished artwork are stored privately. They are visible only to you and the Atexsell team and are never sold or shared with third-party marketplaces.
We do not store card details. Payment is made manually through the method named in your payment request (for example Payoneer or Wise), and those providers handle your payment data under their own policies.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics) or when the law requires it.
We use essential cookies for login and checkout, and may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may not work.
We keep project files for 12 months after completion, then delete them. You may ask to access, correct, restrict or delete your data earlier by emailing design@atexsell.com. Our services are not directed at children under 13.
