Revision and refund policy

Revisions

Revisions within the agreed project scope are unlimited. New concepts, extra deliverables or substantial changes outside the original brief may need a separate quote.

Refunds

Because you pay only after you approve the design, most orders never need a refund. If you have already paid, these rules apply:

• Work not started: full refund.
• Work in progress: a partial refund based on the work already completed, decided case by case.
• Not delivered as agreed: if we cannot deliver the agreed scope after reasonable revisions, we refund the payment for that order.

Not refundable

• Final files you have approved and received.
• Problems caused at the printing or production stage, such as printer settings, fabric, ink or machine issues.
• Orders where false claims or fraud are involved.

How to request

Email design@atexsell.com within 7 days of delivering the final files (or of payment, if nothing was delivered), with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method.
