We provide digital design and file-preparation services: DTF/DTG print-ready artwork, screen print color separation, seamless patterns, packaging, graphic and logo design, and embroidery digitizing. We do not manufacture, print or ship physical goods, and we are not responsible for results at your printer.
Each order covers the brief and the package you select. Work outside that scope, such as new concepts, extra deliverables or major changes, may need a new order or a quote. You are responsible for giving accurate requirements and usable source files.
No payment is taken when you place an order. We share a preview, you may request unlimited revisions within the agreed scope, and after you approve we send a payment request showing the amount, currency and instructions. Final files are released after we verify payment. All prices are in USD unless the payment request states otherwise. If an invoice stays unpaid after the due date in the payment request, we may pause the project and keep the final files withheld.
In-scope revisions are unlimited. Please check approved artwork carefully, including colors, spelling, sizes and file details. Once you approve a design, we are not liable for errors in the approved version.
You confirm you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos and text you supply, and you will defend Atexsell against third-party claims arising from them. On verified full payment, the rights in the final delivered files transfer to you. Until then, they remain with Atexsell.
We may show completed work in our portfolio and promotion. Tell us before or during the order if you want it kept private.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or printing, production or delivery issues outside our control.

We may update these terms, and the version published on this site applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will first be handled by good-faith discussion, then by the courts of Bangladesh.
