Payment policy

1. No payment is taken when you place an order.
2. We create your design and share a preview.
3. You may request unlimited revisions within the agreed scope.
4. When you approve, we send a payment request showing the amount, currency, order number and instructions.
5. You pay using the method in the request, and we verify the payment.
6. Final files are released to your account Downloads after verification.

Accepted methods

Payoneer and Wise (manual payment). More methods may be added. Send the payment using the order number as the reference, then reply to the request so we can verify it quickly.

Amount and currency

The amount and currency in your payment request are final unless we agree a change in writing. Any bank, transfer or conversion fees charged by your side or your provider are your responsibility.

Late payment

Final files stay protected until payment is verified. If payment is not made by the due date in your request, we may pause the project.
