These terms apply to all custom apparel design, screen print artwork services, packaging design, and digital creative solutions offered by Atexsell.

The agreement becomes legally active once project confirmation or payment is completed. Work begins after receiving complete project requirements, references, and formal approval from the client.

Clients who place orders through Atexsell.com are bound by this agreement from the moment of order submission.

Atexsell provides premium-quality creative solutions for apparel brands, clothing businesses, online stores, and printing companies. Our full scope of services includes:

Clients must provide accurate project instructions, references, and all required assets. Atexsell reserves the right to decline any request that is harmful, illegal, or violates third-party copyright laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights for the delivered artwork. Atexsell retains the right to display completed work in our design portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments must be completed according to the agreed invoice schedule. Delayed or incomplete payments may affect project delivery timelines. Atexsell reserves the right to pause active projects until outstanding invoices are settled.

International payments are processed through secure payment gateways or direct bank transfer. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Final deliverable files will be provided after the client approves the completed artwork. Clients are fully responsible for reviewing all files — including screen print separations and DTF DTG print files — before sending to production.

Atexsell is not liable for production errors resulting from client-approved artwork.

Atexsell does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website due to scheduled maintenance, hosting issues, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

All creative services are provided on an "as delivered" basis following client approval. We make no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in individual project agreements.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Atexsell harmless from any third-party copyright claims or legal disputes arising from materials, logos, images, or text supplied by the client.

Atexsell's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
